Consulting Solution Architect (Data Management)

Location: Copenhagen; global position with potential locations across hirify.global offices worldwide. International travel may be required based on client needs.

What you will do

• Own the global consulting practice and artifacts for the Data Management domain.
• Lead or support domain-specific scoping and advisory work during sales and early project phases.
• Define and validate custom architectures and designs for complex and strategic client projects.
• Ensure custom build quality, provide design assurance, and resolve domain-specific challenges.
• Document best practices, support consultant enablement, and contribute to standards evolution.
• Coach consultants and aspiring architects while representing the domain in cross-functional and client discussions.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing hirify.global Dimension solutions.
• Deep business knowledge of Data Management and understanding of client business processes and operating models.
• Experience participating in hirify.global Dimension implementations from early project stages.
• Ability to build relationships, lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across the organization.

• Experience with the hirify.global Data Management Core solution and hirify.global Data Management Service.
