AI Solution Architect - ERP (AI)

What you will do

• Lead high-impact AI technical win pursuits, including tailored software demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate AI capabilities into credible, domain-specific outcomes and implementable architectures for ERP, EAM, and FSM customers.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, R&D, and go-to-market teams on campaigns, sales plays, messaging, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning.
• Create reusable presales content and solution assets, share knowledge, mentor talent, and raise delivery quality across market units.
• Drive industry-specific go-to-market innovation and provide field feedback to improve the AI portfolio.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical expertise with deep domain credibility in ERP, EAM, FSM, or multiple disciplines, combined with applied AI fluency.
• Strong understanding of business and IT architecture and customer technology landscapes in AI-led business transformation.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and executive-level presentations to varied audiences.
• Creative, curious, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours for global engagements is essential.
• Ability to work AI-first, learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, collaborate broadly, and mentor colleagues.
