Senior Customer Service Officer (Non-Sales • Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Location: Onsite in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, near an MTR station. Five-day work week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including night and overnight shifts.

What you will do

• Handle customer calls and email enquiries through the banking customer service centre.
• Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Answer questions about banking products and services.
• Deliver high-quality customer service across rotating shifts, including overnight coverage.

Requirements

• Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or Form 7 qualification, or above.
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin, and English communication skills are required.
• Customer service experience, knowledge of banking products, or relevant professional qualifications is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
