Salary: $128,100.00–$213,500.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships, accounts, transactions, and daily administrative activities.
• Monitor operational systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, controls, and account activity.
• Review legal documents and agreements and collaborate with counsel, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, and financial advisors.
• Structure and close GCM transactions, participate in client meetings and sales calls, and prepare fee proposals and transaction documentation.
• Identify opportunities for new business, product development, service improvements, and control-environment enhancements.
• Supervise and support Relationship Managers and Client Administrators and exercise managerial authority over staffing and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 9 combined years of higher education and/or work experience including 5 relevant years.
• At least 2 years of work leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Strong experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents, laws, regulations, and corporate structures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic-thinking, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Work location: Chicago, Illinois, United States of America.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
