Sr. Finance Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA — Sunnyvale, California

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

Cybersecurity company developing an AI-native platform that protects organizations by processing large-scale security data and preventing breaches.

What you will do

• Lead and consolidate monthly financial presentations for Flash, Close, and Forecast cycles.
• Build and maintain complex financial models that generate actionable executive-level insights.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end close and review actuals by general ledger and department.
• Facilitate the annual operating plan process, including templates, assumptions, presentations, and financial analysis.
• Manage cross-functional budgeting, forecasting, and business objective initiatives.
• Provide recurring FP&A audit support and ad-hoc analysis, including M&A due diligence and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience in Product or R&D Finance and familiarity with ARR and subscription revenue dynamics.
• Working knowledge of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and how they are derived.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or a similar cloud-based financial planning system, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Advanced Excel modeling, Microsoft Office, project management, organization, and time management skills.
