Marketing Manager - Local Area - NQLD/NT (Hospitality)

Location: Bulimba, Queensland 4171; two positions available based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, Australia.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Local Area Marketing specialists across Queensland.
• Partner with State Operations Managers and the central marketing team to deliver state-wide commercial opportunities.
• Act as the marketing partner for five local venues, working with publicans to diagnose needs and solve trade challenges.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase guest visits and venue revenue.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, influencers and community partners while identifying hospitality and consumer trends.
• Deliver campaigns through point-of-sale materials, digital screens and visual merchandising, while managing regional budgets and maintaining ABAC and RSA/RSG standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in multi-site hospitality or retail environments.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience using insights to improve footfall and revenue.
• Inspirational leadership skills and experience developing talent.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent practical experience.
