What you will do

• Evaluate commercial credit risks through financial statement, industry, collateral, and cash flow analysis.
• Calculate cash flows and loan loss reserves for legacy loan portfolios using relevant credit and financial information.
• Assist with estimating lifetime losses for the commercial loan portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting pronouncements affecting bank credits, including loan loss reserves and troubled debt restructurings.
• Coordinate data and processes for Finance, Credit Senior Management, regulatory reviews, and internal and external reporting.
• Act as a liaison with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers, Special Assets, and other business units while supporting departmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and two years of relevant experience, or a combination of at least six years of education and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and obtain information from internal and external contacts.
• Ability to follow company and regulatory compliance, operational risk, and internal control standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with two years of commercial credit or similar banking experience.
