Accounting Operations Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote for Southern California applicants; Conditions: Irvine, California, US

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, with overtime eligibility and one discretionary bonus per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and process routine and non-routine confidential correspondence for client portfolio transactions, including capital calls, cash distributions, and stock distributions.
• Prepare and send client portfolio transaction letters.
• Monitor email correspondence from clients and general partners and route requests to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain wire instructions in the company database and communicate them to authorized parties.
• Process wires accurately and on time through the treasury system.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject.
• Two to three years of full-time bookkeeping or closely related experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated approach.
• Applicants must be based in Southern California; visa sponsorship is not available.
