Private Credit Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, assigned to the New York City or Houston office, with remote work 2–3 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Private Credit and CLO platform.
• Lead product development across deal research, portfolio construction, IRR analysis, portfolio management, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market discovery, client workshops, and industry research to translate complex requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and delivery from concept through launch.
• Lead go-to-market planning with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Client Support to drive positioning and client adoption.
• Define product KPIs, manage the backlog, and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA, master’s degree, or CFA certification is desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in private markets finance or financial technology.
• Deep expertise in private credit investment and operational workflows, preferably serving institutional clients or working for a Private Credit Manager or institutional investor.
• Senior product management experience delivering client-facing capabilities in a B2B enterprise SaaS or financial technology environment.
• Technical fluency with product architecture, APIs, and complex system integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and technical concepts.
