Team Leader I

Location: On-site in Pueblo, Colorado, 5 days per week

Salary: $27.07–$31.63 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and work assignments within the assigned production area.
• Work across multiple line stations and solve or escalate production issues.
• Train team members on safety, company policies, scheduling, overtime, standard work, and leadership practices.
• Ensure pull-system, TAKT, escalation, and business standards are followed.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training objectives.
• Communicate tactfully with peers and leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Experience with Data Stream, NCMS, and BBS.
• Crane certification.
• Ability to work the second shift and perform safety-sensitive duties, including additional drug screening if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDI boards, LGS, standard work, and TAKT expectations.
• Welding certification or TLDP graduation.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Experience with 5S, TPM, GEMBA, continuous improvement, and line scheduling.
