Filtration and Testing Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the development of new filtration technologies as the filtration subject-matter expert.
• Develop and validate demonstrations for Climate Care and Pet Care products to support performance benefits and market claims.
• Define technical parameters, develop test cases, and execute testing with the R&D team.
• Independently perform tests according to test plans and prepare accurate, timely test reports.
• Verify supplier laboratory capabilities and Pet Care product testing capacity.
• Support internal laboratory management and develop new laboratory capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in filtration and testing, with strong knowledge of filtration technologies and test methods.
• More than 5 years of project development management experience, including independently coordinating pre-development activities and driving implementation.
• Strong understanding of standard test equipment and methods.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and focus on quality and repeatable results.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• English as a working language, with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong reporting skills.
