Hardware Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Plan and execute reliability test programs, including HALT, ALT, vibration, and thermal cycling, from setup and instrumentation through documented conclusions.
• Lead root cause analysis for electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical failures.
• Facilitate DFMEA activities, track mitigation actions, and close them with engineering evidence.
• Maintain and improve the FRACAS process by analyzing field, warranty, and service data.
• Assess component and assembly lifetimes and work with suppliers on reliability requirements and qualification data.
• Document findings and recommendations and contribute as an accountable reliability engineer on cross-functional NPD programs.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with reliability testing, hardware teardown, and failure analysis.
• Working knowledge of FMEA/DFMEA, FRACAS, Weibull analysis, and accelerated life testing.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems systematically, and drive actions to completion.
• Clear, factual communication in English is required.
