Quality Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

What you will do

• Support the team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues during New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to drive problem resolution and continuous improvement.
• Lead PFMEA activities on new products to mitigate risks to product quality.
• Review and track supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies for NPI products.
• Deploy Quality Engineering tools for efficient product development, transfer, and maintenance across the lifecycle.
• Support onsite internal and external audits to ensure site compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of quality experience within a multinational company.
• Must reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit area.
• English: C1 level (excellent command of written and spoken English) required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Male candidates: No military obligation.
