Sr Financial Recovery Rep (Conventional CRB/Business Banking)

Location: Ohio (Canton/MV Region); office workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop resolution strategies for classified and special asset loans to minimize portfolio losses.
• Analyze financial plans and negotiate loan collections or restructurings.
• Recommend and oversee litigation, liquidation, or loan charge-offs.
• Work with business line loan officers to manage non-pass-rated borrowing relationships.
• Maintain risk management, compliance, audit, and control processes for the assigned area.
• Coach less experienced employees when applicable and maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or business banking underwriting, lending, or credit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, goal-oriented team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and client service orientation.
• Basic working knowledge of PC applications.
