Senior Liquidity Specialist (Banking)

Location: Onsite at any Huntington Corporate Office location; listed location: HBI Corporate Offices, Columbus, Ohio, United States.

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base pay, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Execute the Regional Banking Deposit & Liquidity Strategy to support revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and client engagement.
• Serve as a banker-facing liquidity subject matter expert for complex regional banking clients, including businesses with annual revenue above $10 million.
• Identify opportunities through portfolio and financial statement analysis, lead generation, and collaboration with Relationship Managers, Deposit Pricing Analysts, and Treasury Management Advisor teams.
• Lead or support client liquidity reviews and develop and present tailored liquidity solutions.
• Partner with Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial, Capital Markets, Deposit Pricing, and other product teams on client strategy, execution, and exception pricing.
• Provide industry insights, present liquidity and pipeline updates, maintain reporting and activity tracking, and support sales tools, training materials, and enablement resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Institutional, Commercial, or Business Banking, or a related role within a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of bank liquidity products, including deposit and Treasury Management solutions.
• Expertise in business deposit products, including Transaction Accounts, Money Market/Savings, Time Deposits, Insured Cash Sweep, and Treasury Management solutions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including assessing client financials and developing optimized liquidity strategies.
• Understanding of the liquidity spectrum and related product solutions.
• General knowledge of regional banking client needs and financial solutions.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools for evaluating client data and recommending optimized liquidity solutions.
