Senior Liquidity Specialist: Onsite

Location: Onsite at any hirify.global Corporate Office location; listed location is Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base pay, plus eligibility for incentive compensation

What you will do

• Execute the Regional Banking Deposit & Liquidity Strategy to support revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and client engagement.
• Serve as a liquidity subject matter expert for complex regional banking clients, including businesses with annual revenue above $10 million.
• Identify opportunities through portfolio and financial statement analysis, lead generation, and collaboration with relationship managers and treasury teams.
• Lead liquidity reviews and develop and present tailored deposit, treasury management, and liquidity solutions.
• Coordinate with Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial, Capital Markets, Deposit Pricing, and other product teams.
• Maintain pipeline reporting, present liquidity insights, and support sales tools, training materials, and enablement resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Institutional, Commercial, or Business Banking, or a related role within a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of bank liquidity products, deposit products, and Treasury Management solutions.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytical assessment of client financials, and liquidity strategy development.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at a hirify.global Corporate Office location.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Transaction Accounts, Money Market and Savings accounts, Time Deposits, and Insured Cash Sweep products.
• Understanding of the liquidity spectrum and regional banking client needs.
• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools for evaluating client data and recommending liquidity solutions.
