Senior Liquidity Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; office-based

Salary: $102,000–$208,000 annually, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Execute the Commercial Liquidity Strategy while driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and client engagement.
• Serve as a client-facing liquidity subject matter expert for large and complex commercial clients.
• Independently manage an assigned client portfolio and identify, develop, and close liquidity opportunities.
• Lead client liquidity reviews and present client-aligned solutions in partnership with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Sales Advisors, and product teams.
• Analyze financial statements, track sales activity and pipeline progression, and source new opportunities.
• Contribute to training and sales enablement materials and mentor junior Liquidity Specialists.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in institutional investment or a similar role at a large competitor.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required, or obtainable within 120 days.
• Consultative sales experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, lead strategic conversations, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of bank liquidity products, including deposit and Treasury Management solutions.
• Understanding of the Liquidity Spectrum and related product offerings.
• Knowledge of commercial banking client needs and solutions.
• Experience aligned with an industry vertical and its segment-specific trends, risks, and liquidity practices.
