What you will do
- Develop and implement regional retail sales, market expansion, and go-to-market strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Analyze market needs, trends, competition, consumer insights, and regulations to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with retail customers, value-added resellers, solution providers, country leadership, and sales and marketing teams.
- Generate and qualify leads, expand customer databases, manage sales pipelines, and maintain CRM records.
- Develop marketing materials and support campaigns, events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and customer visits.
- Train market organization teams on the retail portfolio, applications, market knowledge, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- Business development experience in an emerging country.
- Readiness to travel extensively when required.
- Basic technical background in IT and experience in a sales-related function are advantageous.
- Retail sector experience is advantageous.
- Required languages: English and Malay.
