Location: Relocation to Palo Alto, US
What you will do
- Own and manage revenue collection from existing customers
- Build and scale Customer Success/Support departments for customers and WLNC experts (talent)
- Share insights with the product team to influence product roadmap
- Launch new initiatives and departments
- Drive 10x growth with innovative ideas
Requirements
- 2+ years of success experience, preferably at a talent marketplace
- Experience with Airtable, Zapier, or Integromat is a strong plus
- Proactive engagement with clients via email and phone
- High sense of urgency and adaptability in conversations
- Team-player attitude with desire to improve processes
- Strong organizational and data analytics skills
