Staff Data Scientist (Digital Assets)

Location: United States of America; remote

Base pay range: $195,000–$257,500 per year

hirify.global builds digital asset, payment, stablecoin, and programmable blockchain infrastructure, including USDC, USYC, hirify.global Payments Network, and Arc.

What you will do

• Perform strategic analysis, statistical modeling, and research to identify business and product opportunities.
• Partner with Digital Assets, Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to translate business needs into core data tables and analytical solutions.
• Investigate product usage and how digital asset products operate onchain.
• Build measurement frameworks to evaluate the success of the digital assets product portfolio.
• Create data visualizations and communicate analytical results to stakeholders and broader audiences.
• Develop scalable automation using SQL, dashboards, and other data tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistics and experience applying statistical methods to business outcomes and customer behavior.
• Experience planning and driving analytical and data science projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-influence skills.

• Experience with blockchain data.
