Sr. Associate, Data Scientist

Location: Remote - USA

Base compensation: $123,684–$164,868 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning models for revenue management and pricing optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders outside the data science team to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
• Test, tune, validate, and continuously improve model performance.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building machine learning models, including time series forecasting and classification.
• Advanced Python proficiency with scikit-learn and statsmodels, plus strong SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning, statistics, regression, time series analysis, and econometric techniques.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, and reviewing peer code.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with revenue management theory and pricing strategies.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
