Sr. Director, Procurement (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and scale the global Procurement function, including sourcing, category strategy, and vendor relationship management.
• Build a unified Procurement operating model and drive value through negotiations, partnerships, and category strategies.
• Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract renewals across SaaS, technology, and professional services categories.
• Own the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, performance evaluation, service standards, and risk mitigation.
• Build an AI-first procurement function by introducing automation, AI tooling, and modern workflows.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, reporting, governance, and approval controls; optimize Coupa as the procurement system of record and its integration with NetSuite.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 5+ years leading a team.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Strong negotiation experience with SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements, including related contract and licensing terms.
• Experience with Coupa or another Business Spend Management platform and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience scaling a lean procurement function, developing high-performing teams, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

• Experience integrating AI tools into procurement or finance workflows.
• Experience in cybersecurity or the broader technology industry.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, internal audit processes, and procurement risk frameworks.
• CPSM, CPM, MBA, or another advanced degree.
