Americas Security Leader (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Santa Clara, California campus; 40 hours per week. Travel required, approximately 25–30%.

Salary: $192,000–$264,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead physical security, resiliency, crisis management, and business continuity programs across the Americas.
• Oversee perimeter protection, guard force management, investigations, executive protection support, workplace violence prevention, and event security.
• Direct physical security controls, security technology projects, operating procedures, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as regional incident commander during significant events and coordinate emergency response and recovery with cross-functional partners.
• Manage security vendors, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and analytical tools for threat intelligence, investigations, risk modeling, reporting, and workforce optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regional or global corporate security operations, including contract guard force management.
• Experience leading large-scale security, resiliency, and operational programs in global organizations.
• Strong executive presence and experience collaborating with IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and business leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Python or equivalent scripting languages for automation, dataset manipulation, and operational tools.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini, with personally delivered AI-enabled solutions and measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent military, law enforcement, corporate security, or education experience may be considered.
