What you will do

• Identify consumer and business customers’ financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Grow, deepen, and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, banking and lending knowledge, relationship-building ability, communication skills, and comfort with online and mobile banking services.
