What you will do

• Develop and implement concepts for complex product issues and mechanical engineering solutions.
• Lead engineering projects and research and development of new technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering problems and perform or specify engineering analyses.
• Design and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, specifications, tooling, and related processes.
• Generate product specifications and coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and address complex product-related engineering issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10–15 years of professional experience.
• Deep technical expertise in mechanical engineering and knowledge of the hirify.global product life cycle.
• In-depth knowledge of related disciplines within the engineering function.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
