Banking Services Operations Associate III - Lockbox Support

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 hourly

What you will do

• Process and research payments according to lockbox customer account specifications.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries from internal business partners.
• Reconcile internal department general ledger accounts and prepare daily reports.
• Open and prepare bank-by-mail deposits for processing.
• Configure customer lockbox setups in internal applications for accurate transaction processing.
• Follow risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards and escalate risk-related issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Associate degree, or a combination of at least two years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with different levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• At least two years of customer service experience in the financial services industry.
