Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager (Personal Lines)

What you will do

• Support the development and growth of the Insurance Green Team, a colleague-focused concierge service for Personal Lines insurance.
• Train, coach, and develop producers and service team members.
• Direct producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management.
• Partner with bank leadership and internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions.
• Develop prospect inventories, referral opportunities, and cross-sell activities across insurance lines and bank partners.
• Monitor documentation, service standards, performance metrics, process improvements, and producer succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including sales or sales management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Intermediate user-level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agency Management Systems, including Sagitta.
• Knowledge of benefits and workplace applications of AI.
