What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and identify referral opportunities across the bank.
• Drive business development through customer outreach, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and motivate colleagues while supporting retention.
• Monitor branch and digital-channel sales, service, operational, and financial performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, and customer service are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague-development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
