What you will do

• Manage branch sales, customer service, operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and resolve customer issues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, develop referral partnerships, and conduct business development activities.
• Build relationships with local business and community partners and maintain an active community presence.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, hiring, and the resources required to support the branch team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, coaching, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, process management, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other branch technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
