AI Lead Architect / Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Define and govern solution architecture across AI, data, backend, and frontend workstreams.
• Act as the primary technical interface with the IHG client team and align parallel delivery tracks.
• Define architecture and interface contracts across five agents and platform layers.
• Lead the mid-PoC review at week 7, live demo at week 12, weekly status meetings, and review sessions.
• Own technical risks across GCP infrastructure, LLM routing, data lineage, and case management.
• Produce the evaluation report, access-readiness assessment, Phase 1 migration plan, and handover documentation.

Requirements

• End-to-end experience leading AI or data platform PoCs and technical engagements.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
• Understanding of agentic AI architecture, multi-agent orchestration, LLM routing, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience with data quality frameworks and metadata-driven lineage.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade LLM pipelines or multi-agent systems with FastAPI, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and confidence presenting to senior client counterparts.
