Solution Architect/Lead Software Engineer (AI & Data Applications) (Python, React, LLMs): Architecting and building production-ready AI-powered web applications that connect Databricks data platforms with modern frontend, backend, and cloud architectures with an accent on LLMs, vector search, real-time data, and scalable infrastructure. Focus on implementing RAG pipelines, model serving, AI agents, and distributed systems while leading cross-functional engineering teams.

What you will do
- Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs, vector search, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Design end-to-end web solutions spanning frontend and backend systems.
- Implement production RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents.
- Build and maintain Python backend services integrated with React or Angular frontends.
- Lead cross-functional full-stack, AI, and data teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including distributed systems design.
- Strong full-stack experience with React and FastAPI.
- Expert-level Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
- Product vision and UX/UI intuition.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, including Lakebase, MLflow, or Unity Catalog.
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or other GenAI frameworks.
- Node.js full-stack experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
