What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide projects related to data strategy and federated data operations.
• Manage the Data Steward Meeting, Data Council, and Enterprise Data Risk Subcommittee.
• Consolidate common trends, themes, objectives, priorities, and emerging data strategy issues for enterprise action.
• Produce reporting on program health, business outcomes, data management standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of the engagement model and strengthen collaboration between business, data, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience consolidating feedback into themes that influence decisions across business, data, and technology organizations.
• Experience designing reporting to highlight enterprise priorities.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Basic knowledge of data management concepts, terminology, roles, and responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the data life cycle, system development lifecycle, strategic planning, and resourcing processes.
• Experience with a programming language or analytical/statistical tools.
• Experience developing or implementing data management or data governance policies and standards.
• Experience in the financial industry.
