Senior Business Information Management Analyst (US) (Data Analytics)

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States; occasional domestic travel.

Salary: $72,280–$117,520 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, development, and support of business data management solutions across data and analytics projects.
• Develop data repositories, warehouses, marts, data models, data movement, data wrangling, mapping, and ETL processes.
• Build data preparation frameworks and architecture for data science and analytics consumption.
• Establish and improve data ownership, governance, lineage, metadata, lifecycle management, and data quality practices across Credit Risk programs.
• Profile data, investigate root causes of data issues, resolve defects, and support business users in interpreting data and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, technology teams, project teams, and business stakeholders on requirements, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, finance, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of business information management, data sources, analytical methods, reporting techniques, and data platforms.
• Experience working with very large datasets and familiarity with big data technologies and visualization tools.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, mentor others, and handle confidential information with discretion.
