PD Program Manager (Neurovascular)

Location: Onsite in Irvine, California, United States; travel expected to be less than 10%.

Salary: $138,400–$207,600 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs for new product development, product delivery, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate requirements, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and business objectives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage changes to existing products, services, and processes to sustain performance, quality, compliance, and customer value.
• Monitor project status, risks, dependencies, priorities, budgets, and performance metrics, providing clear reports to leadership.
• Identify project issues and barriers, develop resolutions, and drive intervention and problem solving.
• Support PMO governance, prioritization, visibility, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product development, engineering, operations, or a related business field; or an advanced degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using project management methodologies, tools, and governance processes to deliver complex programs.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device product development, sustaining engineering, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality system and regulatory requirements.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
• Experience leading global or geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements, governance frameworks, or portfolio management practices.
