Broker Dealer Onboarding Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. No immigration sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Review institutional client onboarding requests and verify documentation for corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and foreign institutions.
• Complete AML, CIP, KYC, and OFAC checks for onboarding and account-maintenance requests.
• Review and approve asset movements, including wire and ACH transactions.
• Manage account maintenance and daily settlement processes, including settlement wires, reports, and reconciliations.
• Support institutional sales and trading products such as ICS/CDARs and money market fund investments.
• Update procedures and job aids, support audits and control testing, prepare reports, train colleagues, and perform quality checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of brokerage or investment onboarding, operations, or comparable experience.
• Experience with AML, CIP, and KYC processes, plus wire and ACH transaction processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel and Outlook.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa or work-permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• FINRA SIE and Series 99 licenses.
• Series 6 or Series 7 license, which may satisfy additional licensing requirements.
• Experience onboarding institutional clients, including foreign institutions.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and working collaboratively.
