Lead, Receiving Specialist (AI)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee or Southaven, Mississippi; onsite warehouse work with day or night shifts and weekends when needed

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, and coordinate Receiving Specialists while assigning work and maintaining consistent execution.
• Oversee inbound receipt of servers, networking equipment, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and other high-value data center materials.
• Process receipts and hold packages in ERP/WMS systems, create routing labels, and maintain accurate receiving documentation.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and conformity with accompanying documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, purchasing, logistics, facilities, construction, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and distribution issues.
• Manage returns and reverse logistics, reconcile inventory, document non-conformances, and support root-cause and corrective-action processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in receiving, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory role.
• Availability for either 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 PM–4:00 AM shifts, Monday–Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee or Southaven, Mississippi, following safety procedures in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.

Nice to have

• Receiving experience supporting data center, construction, or high-tech operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms, RF or handheld scanners, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment.
• Experience handling sensitive electronics, servers, critical infrastructure, nonconforming materials, and inventory reconciliation.
• Microsoft suite proficiency and a track record of team training and operational improvements.
