What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks as required by NMLS regulations.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
