Financial Relationship Banker (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Assess customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge or ability in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking services.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
