What you will do

• Design, deliver, and evaluate safety training programs including new hire orientation, annual refreshers, and specialized certifications.
• Coach supervisors and team leads on safety observation techniques and behavior-based safety principles.
• Manage facility compliance training calendar and LMS to ensure no lapses in OSHA or ADOSH compliance.
• Oversee training program budget and manage external training providers and certification vendors.
• Develop and report on leading and lagging KPIs related to training completion, competency, and compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ, United States
• Experience building and running safety training programs with zero compliance lapses.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors on safety observation and near-miss reporting.
• Experience managing training budgets and external vendors.
• Experience owning LMS or compliance-tracking systems for OSHA or state-plan (ADOSH) training requirements.
• Ability to develop KPIs and communicate technical safety content effectively to shop-floor employees.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry card.
• Authorized OSHA Outreach trainer certification (OSHA 500 or 501).
• Instructional design or train-the-trainer certification.
• Experience with human and organizational performance (HOP) frameworks.
