Site Safety Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day safety on the ground at the Phoenix manufacturing site by identifying and mitigating hazards.
• Run the site safety program end-to-end, including training, permitting, and incident investigation.
• Develop and implement safe operating procedures for high-energy tasks such as welding, crane operation, and electrical work.
• Ensure site compliance with OSHA and company standards while maintaining production velocity.
• Drive corrective actions that lead to tangible improvements in workplace safety.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for onsite floor-level safety management.
• Proven experience owning safety at a manufacturing or heavy-industrial site.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA general industry requirements.
• Experience investigating real incidents and driving effective corrective actions.
• Ability to build and deliver training that resonates with field crews.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30/500 certification.
• CSP or ASP track.
• Experience in fabrication or heavy assembly environments.
• Startup or greenfield site experience.
• Spanish fluency.
