Reliability Engineering Lead (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own fleet reliability engineering by defining and measuring availability targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis on major incidents and drive corrective actions across all sites.
• Build failure data pipelines that integrate facility and hardware metrics to inform engineering priorities.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies based on reliability data.
• Set operational standards for high-speed, large-scale compute infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven experience owning reliability for critical infrastructure.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and cross-team corrective action management.
• Fluency in failure data analysis tools such as Weibull, Pareto, and FMEA.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center or power generation reliability.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling systems.
• CMMS analytics experience.
• CRE or CMRP certification.
