Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $215,000–$285,000 annually plus equity

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer for enterprises to access, manage, and optimize large language models across providers.

What you will do

• Own and evolve edge and cloud infrastructure across Cloudflare, Google Cloud, and Vercel.
• Scale and operate the data layer using Spanner, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
• Optimize performance for LLM inference as production traffic grows.
• Partner with engineering leadership on capacity, reliability, and cost across the routing layer.
• Establish tooling, observability, on-call practices, and infrastructure patterns for a growing engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure where uptime, latency, and cost are critical.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure and edge-first serverless platforms such as Cloudflare Workers.
• Deep experience operating large-scale databases, including Postgres or Spanner.
• Ability to work across a full-stack TypeScript environment when platform needs require it.
• High agency, strong ownership, and pragmatic decision-making around speed and simplicity.
• Regular use of coding agents, MCPs, and LLMs in development workflows.
