Program Controls Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

What you will do

• Manage master schedules and cost controls across a portfolio of concurrent gigawatt-scale data center builds.
• Build a reporting rhythm that provides executives with a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk.
• Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation to surface exposure early.
• Stand up program controls tooling and standards to enable new sites to plug into the model immediately.
• Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to maintain visibility on interdependencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning program controls, schedule, cost, and risk across a portfolio of large capital projects.
• Ability to build executive-level reporting cadences that drive decision-making.
• Experience standing up program controls standards or tooling from scratch.
• Strong coordination skills across construction, procurement, and design disciplines.
• Clear written communication skills to translate complex program status into actionable steps.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, mission-critical, or large industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software at portfolio scale.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with modular or repeatable build programs.
