Strategic Business Analysis Manager

Location: Remote position in Georgia, United States; occasional travel to offsite locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead strategic business analysis initiatives covering growth opportunities, operational efficiency, cost optimization and business transformation.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into initiatives, requirements, KPIs and actionable roadmaps.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, customer behavior and financial metrics to produce recommendations and decision-support insights.
• Establish data management, governance, analytical framework and reporting standards.
• Manage cross-functional technology projects and strategic programs.
• Develop local, field-usable technology resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with strategic business analysis and planning, executive partnering and stakeholder management.
• Strong data analytics, problem-solving and business decision-making skills.
• Experience with finance and business cases, technology project management, data governance and change management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
