Strategy & Analytics Manager (AI/Data)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives from problem framing through insight delivery for marketing, partner management, and operations teams.
• Analyze partner performance across the full enrollment funnel, from lead generation through yield, and translate findings into growth strategies.
• Identify data errors, discontinuities, and reconciliation gaps before they affect stakeholders.
• Build and maintain analytical pipelines and reporting workflows with BI and data engineering teams.
• Establish KPIs, monitor partner program performance, and present recommendations to executives and department heads.
• Coach analysts and contribute to building the team’s AI-first analytical practices using Claude and Databricks Genie.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or strategy leadership, business operations, corporate finance, business transformation, consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks and advanced SQL, including CTEs, query performance optimization, and window functions.
• Knowledge of data governance and data engineering principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query M and DAX.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and business data visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated quantitative proficiency and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using Databricks, SQL, AI tools, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and natural-language query interfaces.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Agile experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
