Data Entry Associate, Temporary (Onsite)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite five days per week

Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Interpret and process cannabis product information on hirify.global listings.
• Link retailers’ custom menu items to brand catalog products in a high-volume queue.
• Use multiple data sources to make accurate menu decisions and report inconsistencies.
• Review and enter data electronically while maintaining speed, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve questions, follow standard operating procedures, and report daily progress.
• Identify process improvements and adapt quickly when priorities change.

Requirements

• One year of data entry experience in sales, customer support, or another high-volume queue-based operational environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace, meet strict deadlines, and achieve daily productivity goals.
• Ability to work continuously on hirify.global’ online platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs and Sheets, or Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Previous cannabis industry, brand, or product knowledge.
• Experience as a budtender or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
