Data Entry Associate, Temporary (Onsite)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite five days per week

Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Interpret and process cannabis-related product information on hirify.global listings.
• Link retailers’ custom menu items to brand catalog products while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Use multiple data sources to resolve discrepancies and identify inconsistencies affecting customer experience.
• Enter and review data electronically, follow standard operating procedures, and report daily progress.
• Collaborate with teammates, communicate obstacles, and suggest workflow improvements.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• At least one year of data entry experience in sales, customer support, or another high-volume queue-based operational environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and accuracy.
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace, meet strict deadlines, and achieve daily productivity goals.
• Experience with Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of the cannabis industry, brands, and products.
• Previous experience as a budtender or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
