Ops Associate, Beckett (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Plano, TX — work from the Plano office Monday through Friday. Shift hours fall between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Hourly rate: $17.00 per hour

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles including trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Receive, open, separate, itemize, count, and verify collectible submissions by service type and eligibility.
• Enter order and product information into databases, print identification stickers, and verify forms, quantities, labels, and order completeness.
• Research cards using manufacturer checklists, encapsulate and seal cards, and re-seal cards when required.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and deviations and photograph completed cards using a mounted camera and computer software.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Problem Orders, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support special projects.
• Package and ship completed orders while safely handling and accounting for valuable merchandise.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Plano, Texas, Monday through Friday, and work shifts scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through e-Verify.
• Computer experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, teamwork, prioritization, dependability, accuracy, and decision-making skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with physical labor, including sitting or standing for extended periods and using a sharp blade.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
