LATAM Regional Intern (Marketing)

What you will do

• Support the LATAM Regional Marketing team in executing marketing strategies with agencies and partners.
• Track budgets and compile purchase order versus budget reports for Director-level review.
• Coordinate tickets, event logistics, promotional items, and activities involving the Senior Management Team.
• Support the production, distribution, quoting, and shipping of marketing materials across LATAM.
• Maintain competitive analyses, production reports, databases, spreadsheets, and regional documentation.
• Prepare marketing presentations and upload and verify vendor information.

Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and Mac and PC environments.
• High attention to detail, deadline management, professionalism, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving.
• Interest in entertainment, media, storytelling, and growth within marketing.
