What you will do

• Support the development of brand marketing campaigns for prospective corporate advertisers.
• Draft and refine marketing proposals, one-sheets, sales collateral, and presentation materials.
• Conduct desk and social research on prospective brands and categories.
• Translate research and fan insights into campaign concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Help create program budgets and coordinate workflows, timelines, documents, and templates for pitch development.
• Build skills in storytelling, public speaking, proposal delivery, and marketing productivity tools.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, or consumer promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Initiative, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and Apple Keynote.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
