Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $163,000 – $203,000

What you will do

• Manage the schedule, milestones, and daily operating rhythm for production lines building modular data center components.
• Drive throughput and cycle-time improvements by identifying and clearing bottlenecks between design release and final shipment.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and design teams to ensure all components and specs are ready for production.
• Track production status and work-in-progress, surfacing potential delays early to ensure commitments are met.
• Implement reporting and control systems to provide leadership with real-time visibility into production performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning schedule and delivery for a production or manufacturing line.
• Demonstrated ability to improve cycle-time or yield by resolving bottlenecks.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Experience scaling production processes as volume grows.
• Clear communication skills to align shop floor teams and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with modular or prefabricated construction.
• Background in data center or electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma production methods.
• Experience with program controls tooling for schedule and earned value.
