Manufacturing Shift Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Salary: $140,000 – $166,000

What you will do

• Manage integration shifts, taking full ownership of crew safety, product quality, and hourly output.
• Directly lead and coach assemblers and technicians, ensuring accountability and performance on the floor.
• Execute daily production plans and escalate issues with clear root-cause analysis.
• Enforce strict operational standards, including work instructions, torque specifications, and 5S organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising assembly or integration crews for complex products.
• Ability to manage shift takt times and communicate effectively when production targets are missed.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
• Experience in coaching team members and maintaining organized, efficient work areas.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Background in startup manufacturing ramps.
• Familiarity with Lean daily management practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
